Online Order Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Modern Day Music. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items purchased through our online store under the terms below.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after the 7-day window has closed cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact, including:
- Boxes
- Manuals
- Tags
- Accessories
- Protective materials
- Any included cases or components
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as Modern Day Music is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Once your return is delivered, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the condition requirements above
- Refunds are issued only after inspection is complete and the item is approved
- Refunds are returned to the original method of payment
- Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

- Email us your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging using a trackable, insured method.
- We inspect the item and, once approved, issue your refund to the original payment method.
